Class Descriptions: Gentle Yoga - for new and ongoing students who want a slow, gentle approach to the yoga poses; people with or recovering from injury. Level I - For beginners and on-going beginners to gain exposure to all families of asana including standing poses, forward bends, simple backbends, twists, and basic inversions. Level II - For ongoing students with Iyengar yoga experience. This class will include backbends, handstands, headstands and pranayama. All Levels - For both beginners and experienced students.
